Tricia originally founded Temporary Fillings, Inc. in 1980 to provide temporary staffing to the dental community. She expanded in 1982 and created Ultimate Potential to provide permanent staffing, education courses, safety compliance and management consulting services.

Her dental background as an RDA and Business Administrator combined with formal education enables her to apply sound business principles with the unique requirements of dentistry when consulting with clients. Having been on "both sides of the fence" as an employee and an employer provides a different, win-win perspective when working with dentists and staff.
